Registration and privacy

As a patient you have the right to protection of your personal data  and records. Anything you say will be kept private. Only medical staff who are involved in your treatment will be aware of these personal data. This information will not be shared, not even with your partner, family or friends, unless you explicitly consent to this.

Recording phone calls
All phone calls from and to Doktersdienst Groningen are recorded. These tapes will be used only in case of (alleged) failures or a complaint – to serve as evidence. The tapes may also be used for staff training purposes within our own organisation.

The phone call recordings of Doktersdienst Groningen are treated with the utmost confidentiality and will never be made public or handed over to any other parties without prior permission in writing from the patient involved and/or staff members of Doktersdienst Groningen.
